Проблема была связана с тем, что IP-адреса, предназначенные для выдачи ВМ

(указанные в карточке узла в платформе), были также сконфигурированы в качестве

дополнительных на физическом сетевом интерфейсе сервера узла. Я скорректировал

настройки сети на сервере узла.

Проверка утилитой tcpdump показывает, что исходящие пакеты, отправленные из

тестовой ВМ #366, проходят через физический интерфейс на сервере узла, однако

ответа на них нет:
